Currently, Kairos Klay is unable to accept custom orders. However, if you are looking to purchase something that Kairos Klay is already creating, but it has sold out, please contact me via my Etsy page at kairosklay.etsy.com. Please note that some of my items are one of a kind, and might not be reproducible.

Kairos Klay does not currently wholesale. The price of each piece is carefully calculated and considered, with the intent to be as affordable to the everyday person as possible. I also prefer direct contact with my customers; it gives me great pleasure to know that my work is used every day in households across the U.S.

Honestly, there’s no such thing as free shipping, and I prefer transparency with all customer transactions. I do go out of my way to combine the costs of shipping multiple items to ensure they get to you as safely and as inexpensively as possible. If I find that a customer has overpaid by $3.00 or more, I refund that overage back to the customer.

I do offer returns (except for discounted items), but because we are such a small shop, I cannot offer shipping reimbursement. I do my best to accurately represent each item in the listing photos and description, and I rarely receive return requests. However, please contact me if there's a problem with your order.
