Hand-thrown Pottery Hanging Planter

All dressed up in my glaze combination, “Snow,” this medium-sized hand-thrown ceramic hanging planter holds your plant for safekeeping. Gorgeous, complex glaze of dark blue over a snowy white that sometimes breaks a yellowish cream glows and highlights the texture of the well-made form. Includes drainage hole and secure hanging rope with a simple knot at the top. Makes a great birthday or housewarming gift.

Approx. 6″ diameter by 3″ high. Rope is about 24″ in length. This listing is for one (1) planter. Planter has drainage hole in the base and is designed for outdoor use.

Every piece made by Kairos Klay is unique. No two pieces are exactly the same. Each piece is individually numbered with the year in which it was made, and hand-signed. All functional ware sold by Kairos Klay is food, microwave, and dishwasher safe.

As these are hand-made pieces, please be aware that colors and shapes may vary according to changes in light and differences in screen resolution. Although I strive for consistency in my work, please note that sizes are approximate, and may vary slightly.

RETURNS: I do offer returns (except for discounted items), but because I am such a small shop, I cannot refund shipping charges.

PHOTOS: Photos are of the actual items for sale, unless otherwise noted in the listing. I do use LED photography lighting to standardize my photos and show detail (I work in a fairly dim basement), but I don’t use any color filters in my photography. It is always my goal to accurately represent my product, which is why I take new photos with every shop update.

SHIPPING: If you purchase multiple items, I combine shipping wherever possible. There are some items I don’t combine shipping on, such as utensil holders, for the safety of the item. Your cart automatically adjusts the shipping charges when purchasing multiple items, lowering the overall cost of your purchase. Although the cart usually does a good job of adjustment, I also refund shipping overages on multiple items in the event they overcharge.

SAFETY: I’ve been using all my products in my own house daily for nearly ten years. My family tests each new product type I create before I list it in my shop, and I have a certification in ceramic product safety. All of my glazes are free from lead, barium, and cadmium, and are tested for leaching and durability.
